The Food and Beverage Program at 22 Vanderbilt, brought to you by COMPANY YOU KEEP HOSPITALITY, is seeking a dedicated and passionate LINE COOK to join the current culinary team. The line cook is responsible for a wide array of our menu items' execution; braises, sauces, stocks, vegetable and charcuterie fabrication. They are also responsible for keeping the kitchen organized, clean and assisting in related tasks. This is an ideal role for fine dining veterans looking to pivot to a unique sector of the industry.
Located between Grand Central Terminal and Bryant Park, 22 Vanderbilt has created beautiful spaces that are more than just a place to work, but a true destination with world-class, in-house amenities. An Ideal Candidate Would Possess The Following Skills
*Have vast experience on all savory stations; veg, meat, grilling, braising, sauce making, stocks, soup, condiments, pickling, bulk fabrication, and butchery.
*Are able to efficiently prepare and execute production from start to finish and see the big picture
*Are passionate about hospitality
*Support their fellow cooks
