Join our team at Stickmen Brewing Company-Happy Valley! We are a busy wood-fired pizza taproom in a casual environment. Stickmen Brewery is a family owned taproom/brewery that was founded almost 11 years ago in Lake Oswego, OR. We currently have 3 locations (Happy Valley, Tualatin and McMinnville). We specialize in serving our in-house produced brews and Italian Woodfire pizza. We distribute our brewery products currently across OR, WA, CA and NV and are quickly expanding.

We are looking to fill full and part time positions with mostly weekend and evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook pizzas according to specified recipes

- Maintain cleanliness andanization in the kitchen area

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role is preferred, but not required

- Knowledge of pizza dough stretching, sauce application, and topping distribution techniques is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

- Excellentmunication skills and ability to work well in a team

Pay/Benefits:

-We are offering minimum wage up to $17.50/hr depending on experience. Kitchen staff also receives daily tips that are paid out at least twice a week on a tip card,
