Tivoli is a gathering space situated at the nexus of our nostalgia for the Midwest, our ongoing relationship with the rustic cuisine of Italy and its diaspora, our professional experiences on the East and West Coasts, and most importantly, ourmitment to our chosen home in Seattle. Basically, Tivoli is a pizzeria + w all are wee and goodness is nurtured!

We serve all sorts in Fremont, Seattle. Ourmunity isn't just the food-obsessed; pizza is the Gateway Arch under which many different people from all over can connect, and the + part of our offerings means that we use quality ingredients to nourish people with more than pizza! Our lunch and dinner service offers fresh sandwiches, seasonal salads, and rotating special pies that make us happy. Our beverage program consists of many beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options on tap and in bottles, and we offer creative cocktails to apany the snacks and meals that we serve every day of the week.

We are currently looking to hire a line cook to add to our talented team in the kitchen.

Desired Experience

2+ years line cook experience

Pizza experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Attention to detail

Evening & weekend availability

Line Cook Responsibilities

Works at a fast pace, with a sense of urgency and the ability to quicken pace as required

Have a valid WA food handler s permit

Able to maintainanized and sanitary work station

Tasting all products to ensure quality

Maintaining a well-stocked station and preparing for daily service
