As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a talented Lead Line Cook to lead our kitchen team with excellence and discipline.

The Role: We are looking for a strong leader with a deep understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and team developmentsomeone who can deliver a level of attention and execution worthy of the Michelin Guide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage kitchen operations with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach.

  • Maintain and monitor inventory levels and waste reduction strategies.

  • Oversee ordering, prep, and execution to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.

  • Foster a strong team culture, training and mentoring kitchen staff to perform at their best.

  • Collaborate with ownership and FOH management on menu development and seasonal offerings.

  • Uphold the highest standards in cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of managing costs, inventory, and labor effectively.

  • Strong leadership skills with a calm, commanding presence under pressure.

  • Passion for quality, seasonality, and technique, with an eye for detail and consistency.

  • Familiarity with the standards expected of Michelin-level kitchens.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $21.00) plus tips

Estimated Weekly Tips: $200
