Join a Premier Golf Club Opening Team (Line Cooks + Beach Servers)

Novu Staffing is hiring talented, motivated individuals for a brand-new luxury clubhouse opening at one of Florida's most exclusive private golf clubs. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a high-performance team at the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We are currently hiring for the following full-time seasonal positions:

Available Roles:

Line Cooks $22/hour

Join a top-tier culinary team focused on excellence and precision. Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing ingredients and executing dishes to spec
  • Operating grill, saute, and prep stations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

Beach Servers $22/hour

Be the face of service on the clubs beachfront area. Responsibilities include:

  • Taking and delivering food and drink orders to members on the beach
  • Working alongside food truck and bar staff
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Working efficiently and comfortably in outdoor conditions (heat/sun exposure required)

Perks & Benefits

  • Shared staff housing available at $370 biweekly
  • Shuttle transportation to and from the club

What Were Looking For

  • Prior kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Availability starting August 15, 2025

Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($22.00)
