Novu Staffing is hiring talented, motivated individuals for a brand-new luxury clubhouse opening at one of Florida's most exclusive private golf clubs. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a high-performance team at the beginning of an exciting new chapter. We are currently hiring for the following full-time seasonal positions:
Available Roles:
Line Cooks $22/hour
Join a top-tier culinary team focused on excellence and precision. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing ingredients and executing dishes to spec
- Operating grill, saute, and prep stations
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Collaborating closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Beach Servers $22/hour
Be the face of service on the clubs beachfront area. Responsibilities include:
- Taking and delivering food and drink orders to members on the beach
- Working alongside food truck and bar staff
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Working efficiently and comfortably in outdoor conditions (heat/sun exposure required)
Perks & Benefits
- Shared staff housing available at $370 biweekly
- Shuttle transportation to and from the club

What Were Looking For
- Prior kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and positive attitude
