As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, driving consistency and creativity across our menus. You'll help shape the food offering, mentor junior chefs, and ensure every plate reflects the quality and style we're known for.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service

Support with menu development and execution of seasonal, high-quality dishes

Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards

Train, guide, and motivate junior team members

Manage ordering, stock control, and food cost efficiency

Lead by example on the pass and during prep
