Stocked by Three Owls, a local NYC based meal delivery start-up, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is essential to producing high-quality, ready-to-eat meals for our customers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Wash, chop, and prep vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients

Follow recipes and portioning guidelines precisely

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Assist with labeling, packing, and storing prepared items

Support kitchen team with daily prep tasks and cleanup

Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and food safety

Team player with a positive attitude
