POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
Line Cooks Youll be executing dishes that showcase precision, consistency, and creativity. Our kitchen is fast-paced and quality-driven, and were looking for cooks who take pride in the craft and enjoy being part of a tight, high-performing team.
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience as a line cook in a fast-paced, elevated kitchen
Strong knife skills and understanding of multiple cooking techniques
Ability to stay calm, clean, and focused in high-volume service
Commitment to quality, timing, and consistency
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Prep Cook
this role is foundational to the success of our service. Youll be responsible for day-to-day prep tasks including mise en place, ingredient prep, dough and pasta work, and station setup. Ideal for candidates who are organized, motivated, and eager to grow in a professional kitchen.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in a prep or line cook role, or recent culinary school grads
Familiarity with dough, pasta, pastry, and knife work
Ability to follow recipes and prep lists independently
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Morning, weekend, and holiday availability preferred
Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $25.00)
