Job DetailsTorshi is an intimate, high-energy new space, serving elevated Persian street food. We're building a small, sharp kitchen team and are looking for experienced line cooks who move fast, stay sharp, and have a feel for flavor.
What Were Looking For: 2+ years of kitchen experience in fast-paced restaurants Familiarity with Middle Eastern or Persian ingredients and techniques (or a strong interest in learning) Strong knife skills, clean station habits, and attention to detail under pressure Ability to work collaboratively in a small, tight-knit team Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
Bonus:
Experience in open kitchens or small-format concepts Interest in working with house-made breads and flatbreads Knowledge of ingredients like saffron, sumac, zaatar, turmeric, harissa, toum, or pomegranate molasses
