THE JOB:

As a Baker , your role is not only to expertly follow recipes and yield guides to create delicious baked goods but also to enhance the overall guest experience by providing friendly service and a warm atmosphere, ensuring that each customer feels valued and welcomed during their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.05 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare dishes, follow recipe and yield guides
• Assist in decorating cakes and pastries
• Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
• Set-up and break down workstation
• Regularly run for food and restock all kitchen supplies and food items required for service

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Has 1+ years of prior relevant experience in baking
• Has hi gh school diploma, GED or equivalent
• Can work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age
