We are looking for a professional cook to prepare food to the exact chef's specifications and brand standards. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
**Specific Responsibilities:**
- Provide guests with highest possible experience of food quality and presentation
- Able to cook multiple tickets at once to ensure the timeliness of service for the guests
- Keep open communication between management and employees
- Ensure food quality standards are followed by all; appearance, taste, garnishment of plate and rotation of products
- Ensure that the opening and closing procedures are completed
- Ensure proper health code standards and followed
- Efficiently expedite food from front line during busy meal periods
- Responsible for adhering to company use records, recipes, applicable Franchise and management company's Standard Operating Procedures, meat charts, etc.
- Take immediate action on problems that are encountered in the kitchen
- Follow brand procedures on portion control
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen
- Efficiently work all areas as needed or directed
- Know and adhere to state/local health codes and ordinances
- Performs such other additional and related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor or General Manager

- Pleasing personality and good team player
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Open with praise, discrete with criticism

**Requirements**
- Show enthusiasm for food
- Must be coachable.

- Ability to work in a safe manner and to stay focused under pressure.
