Bakery Stocker/Baker

Alaskan and Proud Markets is a locally owned and operated Grocery Store headquartered in Ketchikan,

Alaska.

We are looking for an energetic and innovative person to join our Ketchikan Bakery team.

There is a great opportunity for advancement within the Alaskan and Proud Operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills

Strong work ethic and dependable

Strong verbal and communication skills

Follow Recipes and direction of shift supervisor

Must be able to obtain a Food Worker Card within 30 days

Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. regularly

Ability to stand/walk for a full 8-hr work period

Basic full body motions:

bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, reaching

Flexibility with work schedule (including weekends and holidays)

Ability to arrive at work on time and ready to start work

Must be over 18+ years of age

Duties and Responsibilities:

Baking ready to bake items as directed

Following recipes when baking AP Fresh products

Assembling, dating and packaging products, merchandising

Checking in and putting away Freight

Cleaning, Maintaining work and merchandising areas

Merchandising products as directed

Misc. job tasks as assigned by store director or supervisor

Obtain and keep a current Food Worker Card

Follow and comply with company policies and procedures

Follow and complies with Health and Safety policies

Contributing to a Positive Work Atmosphere
