## COOK (Full-Time)

Location: Oak Texas Bar and Grill - McAllen, TXMinimum Experience: 1 year prior cooking experienceAge Requirement: 21+

Job Summary:Oak Texas Bar and Grill is seeking experienced, full-time Cooks to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of food items accurately and efficiently

- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations

- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies

- Ensure food is presented according to restaurant standards

- Work as part of a team to provide excellent service

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of prior cooking experience

- Current Food Handlers certification (required)

- Knowledge of kitchen safety and food handling

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Must be 21 years or older
