What We're Looking For:
- Michelin Star experience (1 star or higher) required
- Strong background in fine dining environments
- Formal training or significant experience with French cuisine and classical technique
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire back-of-house teams
- A calm, composed presence during high-pressure service
- Dedication to consistency, cleanliness, and precision
Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Uphold and execute the restaurants culinary vision at the highest standard
- Lead by example with exceptional knife skills, plating, and cooking techniques
- Ensure team adherence to safety, sanitation, and organizational protocols
- Mentor junior cooks and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture
