Job Details Cetrella is a fine dining destination restaurant in the heart of Silicon Valley with two decades of high performance, and a well established reputation and clientele. The restaurants Mediterranean-themed premises include a restaurant, a bar, and adjacent covered patio dining. We seek an accomplished Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Team under the leadership of Executive Chef Amol Thanky.
Our accessible fine dining features premium artisanal, agricultural, fish, fowl and meat products in seasonal coastal Californian and Mediterranean dishes. Service includes lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and special occasion subscription events. Our robust private dining program serves local, national and international clientele.
