Job Details We are seeking to add a valued team member to our Family run restaurant. Your individual efforts will be showcased on a daily basis in the preparation & presentation of our meals to our customers.Primary Duties:
-Responsible for preparing & grilling foods to temperature on a live wood fire to meet specific customer preferences
-Keeping track of cook times & specific components of the meal to ensure timely completion for all dishes
-Following recipes and procedures to maintain food quality & consistency to limit variance as much as possible
-Operate, clean, & maintain all kitchen equipment safely & efficiently
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, food prep, etc.
-Experience working on live wood fire is preferred, but not necessary
-Ability to work within a team & thrive in a fast paced environment
-Certified in ServSafe is highly desirable
Compensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($17.00 - $30.00)
