THE JOB:
As a Cook at Block 16 Urban Food Hall inside The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, you will create unforgettable dining moments that go beyond the plate within a fast-paced environment.

THE STARTING RATE: $ 22.8725 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Prepare and execute dining menu items with precision and consistency.

• Work a variety of cook stations from sauteing to grilling orders.

• Create certain dishes from scratch such as the fresh pastas and sauces.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while ensuring all dishes meet our high-quality standards.

• Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership to create memorable dining experiences.

• Maintain solid knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.

• Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Cook.
