This role ensures food quality, kitchen sanitation, and team performance meet the highest standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, enforcing food safety and HACCP protocols, maintaining recipe specs and portioning, and supporting high-volume food preparation. The Kitchen Supervisor works closely with culinary leadership to ensure smooth kitchen operations, staff training, and guest satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant culinary or supervisory experience, with vocational training or food production management preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are required.
