Job Details JF Restaurants is looking for Line Cooks with experience working multiple stations and can help us deliver exceptional food with every plate. Spend your summer in the North Fork of Long Island. Housing is available if not based locally.

What You'll Do :

• Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across multiple stations (grill, saute, fry, garde manger, etc.)

• Follow prep lists and recipes to standard

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Communicate clearly with fellow cooks, chefs, and expediters

• Assist in daily prep and end-of-shift breakdown

• Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols

What Were Looking For :

• Minimum 12 years of experience on the line in a professional kitchen

• Experience working multiple stations

• Strong knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment

• A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Punctual, dependable, and collaborative

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $26.00)
