As the premier hospitality management company for numerous Indian gaming facilities throughout Oklahoma, we take pride in providing legendary service to our guests, employee family, and colleagues. Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Food cost management
• Kitchen management and supervision
• Ensuring high food quality standards
• Overseeing back of house operations

Required Skills:

• Experience in banquet catering
• Strong menu development skills
• Knowledge of labor cost management
• Expertise in food handling and preparation
• Background in culinary arts

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in ServSafe and Food Safety
• Experience with Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP)
• Knowledge of nutrition and cooking techniques

Salary and Benefits:

• Minimum Salary: $55,000.00
• Maximum Salary: $75,000.00
