Personnel Resources has an opening for an Executive Head Chef with an upscale dining establishment in the Enterprise area. This position will manage kitchen staff and operations, ensure top quality production and assist in menu development.Duties
  • Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current food trends and customer preferences.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Manage inventory control and ordering processes to minimize waste while ensuring adequate supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and creativity among kitchen staff.
Experience
  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or restaurant management
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Experience in menu planning
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, vendors, and guests.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high attention to detail
