Must have experience with American cuisine for brunch, lunch and dinner menu items. Key Responsibilities: -Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards -Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and visually appealing manner -Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations -Monitor inventory and notify management of any supply needs -Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures Qualifications: -Proven experience as a cook specializing in American cuisine -Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and procedures -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously -Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively -Knowledge of food safety and sanitary practices We are having open interviews Monday 12pm-5pm Tuesday 12pm-5pm Wednesday 12pm-5pm Friday 12pm-5p Sunday 12pm-5pm Please bring an updated resume with you.
