KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsiblefor frying donuts, placing toppings, and decorating on needed pastries andbread
- Carryingout operations and productions that takes place in the kitchen
- Bakingrecipes and preparing all desserts
- GeneralOven Duties (Checking dough conditioner)
- Preparingall needed materials and ingredients
- Responsiblefor scaling and shaping of all breads, loaves, and pastries
- Sanitizationprocedures, maintaining overall cleanliness of work station and kitchen
- Generalknowledge of production methods and organization of bread production
- Must beable to prioritize and finish all tasks assigned for the daily baking
- Ensuringwork place is safe and hygienic for all employees and guests
- Receive,stock, and store food in designated containers and storage areas in anorganized manner
- Informsupervisors when equipment is not working properly and manage when foodsupplies are getting low
- Completevarious reports for records such as production, usage, and waste
- Performother related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Knowledgeon food producing process, sanitization, quality program
- Knowledgeon food producing technique, food microbiology, and food sanitary safetypractice/procedure
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Foodsafety, food labeling, nutrition related knowledge (include FDA)
- Confectionery/Foodsmajor recommended
- FoodHandlers Certificate, preferred
- Effectivecommunication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Abilityto multi-task
- Multiplepriority management abilities
