**Key Responsibilities**

- Prepare, stretch, and shape dough to perfection, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to our recipes.

- Maintain optimal oven temperatures and techniques for even baking and authentic flavor.

- Assemble and garnish pizzas with fresh, high-quality ingredients, prioritizing visual appeal and taste.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours.

- Interact with guests in the open kitchen, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while answering questions about ingredients, techniques, and menu items.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.

- Monitor inventory of pizza ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering and restocking as needed.

- Perform prep for all food and bar support items such as desserts, salad prep and pizza ingredients

- Innovate and contribute to the development of seasonal and specialty pizza offerings.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or pizza chef in a high-volume or upscale dining environment.

- Expertise in dough preparation, stretching, and handling, with a focus on artisanal techniques.

- Proficiency in using a high-temp gas oven.

- Strong understanding of flavor pairings and knowledge of premium ingredients.

- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with guests in a live kitchen setting.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high level of precision and consistency.

- A passion for culinary arts, creativity, and staying up to date with industry trends.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
