Job Details Birdie G's and James Beard-nominated Chef Jeremy Fox are now hiring Line Cooks. This position follows an alternative workweek model, with four 10-hour shifts per week and three days off. Ideal applicants should have at least 1 year experience in a scratch kitchen. The qualities we are looking for are getting along with others, strong work ethic, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and curiosity and love for food and cooking.
