In this position, under the guidance of our Culinary Director , you will be responsible for management and leadership in the kitchen. You will adhere to the standard operating procedures for food quality and aid in keeping the kitchen compliant with the regulatory requirements for food handling, sanitation and cleanliness. Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $90,000.00)
