Xenia Greek Hospitality is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Line Cooks to join the culinary team at our upscale Greek seafood concept- where the Aegean meets New England.

Our restaurant showcases refined Greek cuisine rooted in the sea- combining pristine local seafood with bold Mediterranean flavors, modern technique, and warm Greek hospitality.

We are hiring Line Cooks for our flagship seafood location in Greater Boston. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-performance kitchen known for execution, creativity, and respect for ingredients.

What Were Looking For:
  • Proven experience working in high-end or fine-dining kitchens

  • Confidence on the line especially with seafood stations (grill, saute, raw bar, etc.)

  • Excellent knife skills and a deep understanding of kitchen technique

  • Passion for Greek and Mediterranean flavors is a big plus

  • Attention to detail, plating precision, and time management

  • Team-focused, clean, professional, and dependable

  • ServSafe certification preferred
