We are seeking a dedicated and passionate breakfast cook to join our culinary team and help bring our coastal food vision to life.

Job Summary:
The cook will be responsible for preparing and executing breakfast. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to cleanliness and kitchen organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and guest preferences.
Ensure food is presented attractively and served at the proper temperature.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas.
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the manager and other team members to develop seasonal menus.
Adapt to guest needs and dietary restrictions with professionalism and care.
Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications:
Prior cooking experience in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent time management.
Availability between 7:30 AM and 2 PM.
