We re looking for an AM Prep Cook / Dishwasher to join our kitchen crew. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision, works quickly without cutting corners, and wants to be part of a supportive, high-performing team. You ll play a key role in helping us maintain a clean,anized kitchen while supporting the team with prep work that keeps the line running smoothly.

What You ll Do

Prep

Execute daily prep tasks like chopping vegetables, portioning proteins / noodles, folding dumplings, andanizing mise en place

Follow prep lists with attention to detail and efficiency

Label, date, and store food properly to maintain freshness and safety

Assist cooks during service with restocking, refilling, and quick tasks as needed

Keep prep areas clean,anized, and ready for the next shift

Dishwashing

Maintain a clean,anized dish station throughout service

Properly wash, sanitize, and restock dishes, utensils, and cookware

Handle trash and recycling responsibly and on schedule

Support general cleaning tasks in the kitchen and walk-ins

Communicate with the team to stay ahead of needs during busy hours

What We're Looking For

Some experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred (but we re willing to train the right person)

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude

Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced setting

A team player who s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get it done

Comfortable working lunch, nights, and weekends full availability on Saturdays and Sundays is a must
