What We re Looking For:
A seasoned culinary professional with at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen, preferably in fine dining.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with the executive chef and kitchen team.
A deep passion for seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
Ability to manage kitchen operations, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure consistency in every dish.
A positive attitude, a team player, and someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
