Prime 67 Market in Morrisville, NY is seeking a front and back of the house Cook.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Team Members to join our vibrant cafe team. As a Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest has a positive and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, taking orders, making sandwiches and salads, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and handling transactions accurately. Additionally, ability to make pizza, wings and burgers using a flattop, pizza oven, grill, fryer, ovens and stove top.

This role will be working Thursday to Sunday with hours in the afternoon TBD by maturity and experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations as needed.

3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the deli area, kitchen, bathroom, deck seating and front and back of building.

5. Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly when necessary.

6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

7. Keep track of inventory for front of house supplies and communicate any restocking needs to the manager.

8. Assist in maintaining a safe and sanitary environment by following health and safety guidelines.

9. Create daily/weekly specials, soups and to-go meals

10. Cook multiple orders at a time without waste of product maintaining a clean working environment

Minimum requirements:

1. Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

4. Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

5. Basic math skills for processing transactions.

6. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

7. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

8. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn our system.

9. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
