Acre is proud to be opening a brand-new pasta restaurant at The Barlow in Sebastopol, and were looking for an experienced, enthusiastic chef to join our team. As part of the Acre family, youll be working with a well-respected brand known for its fresh, seasonal, and flavorful approach to food.

About the Role:

Were looking for a skilled cook whos passionate about pasta and can help us execute our exciting new menu that highlights the best of local and seasonal ingredients. Youll be responsible for:

Preparing and executing a variety of pasta dishes, from classic to innovative.

Collaborating with the team to refine and expand the menu.

Working efficiently and at a fast pace during busy services.

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen space.

Upholding our high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a cook in a high-volume kitchen.

A love of pasta and Italian cuisine.

Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.

A commitment to providing an excellent guest experience through delicious, beautiful dishes.
