Job Details Cafe Vivant is looking for an experienced pastry chef. Michelin star experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right person. Strong skills in composed seasonal desserts, ice cream making, breads and savory doughs will all be required. This position will be key in shaping the pastry program of new exciting restaurant.
