Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, dishes, utensils, or silverware. Wash, peel, and cut various foods to prepare for cooking or serving. Cut, grind, or slice meat, poultry, and/or seafood to prepare for cooking. Measure or weigh ingredients. Store food in designated containers and storage areas in order to prevent spoilage.
