The Breakfast Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the White Lion Restaurant including employee supervision, preparation, set - up and display of product, maximizing loss prevention and ensuring that product is properly received, approved and displayed.
Salary: $25 -$28 per hour

The White Lion Restaurant Manager is responsible for overall operations,employee management, budget & inventory control.
Trains, supervises and schedules all employees
Prepares food for proper presentation
Reorders inventory as needed
Participates in marketing efforts to increase restuarant attendance
Oversees cleanliness of the restaurant
Helps establish profit center budget
Implements and maintains cost-control measures
Position RequirementsAt least 2 years food service management experience required.
Excellent communication skills
Must be available weekends and holidays
