Daily Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create seasonal menus
• Manage food costs and ensure profitability
• Demonstrate excellent knife skills and maintain portion control
• Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
• Oversee back of house operations and assist with banquet catering
