Key Responsibilities

• Menu Creation & Prep

  • Design and execute daily kitchen menus, ready-to-cook sides, salads, and grilled items.

  • Apply expert knife work to portion, trim, and present fruits, vegetables, meats, and seafood.

• Quality & Consistency

  • Maintain strict portion control and recipe accuracy for every batch.

  • Uphold the highest standards of taste, texture, and visual appeal.

• Food Safety & Sanitation

  • Follow all state and local food-handling regulations and in-house HACCP procedures.

  • Keep prep areas, equipment, and storage immaculate.

• Collaboration & Customer Focus

  • Work closely with butchers, bakers, and front-of-house staff to meet special requests.

  • Anticipate seasonal trends and customer preferences to drive sales and minimize waste.

What You Bring

• Years in a gourmet, banquet, or high-volume kitchen role.
