We're seeking a dedicated Early Morning Baker to prepare fresh pastries and cakes for our customers to enjoy throughout the day. Candidates with cake decorating experience are highly encouraged to apply we love artistry and attention to detail!

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and frostings from scratch
Bake and decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other pastries
Follow recipes and maintain consistency in quality and presentation
Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the team to meet daily baking and decorating goals

Requirements:
Prior experience of at least 2 years in a professional bakery preferred
Strong cake decorating skills (piping, custom designs)
Comfortable working early morning shifts (3AM)
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Food Handlers Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
