Fresh Ideas Food Service Management is searching for a creative, eager to learn individual to fill a Prep Cook opportunity with their team at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO .

We have positions in our Dining Hall and our Retail Outlet. There are both morning and evening shifts available.

Think Outside the Box - assisting menu and recipe planning and development and supply acquisition aligned with budget and menu cycles.

Attention to Detail - working alongside the other culinary members, you will hold the responsibility of preparing a variety of food from scratch ingredients, following quality and appearance standards, and meeting safety and sanitation guidelines.

Communicator - whether you are interacting with other team members or serving guests, it is important to create and maintain positive, professional communication, and exceptional customer service as you represent Fresh Ideas.
