Line cook

We are looking for someone who is reliable with some experience (if you are the right fit, I will train you) and can work in team environment yet able to operate with low supervision. We keep it laid back and fun around here also! Music on, laughter and you eat for free! End of shift, if there is food left you can take it home as well :)

Responsibilities consist of/range from but not limited:
* Assist in meal preparation
* Plating/packing meals after they are cooked
* Clean meats, chop veggies, cook, prepare sauces.
* Maintain a clean workspace
* Dishes- maintain a clean kitchen, mopping, sweeping, cleaning of fridge, fryer etc
* Passion for presentation and food styling
* Sense of urgency to keep an organized, clean and ready station

MUST, NO EXCEPTIONS
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be able to read in English
* Must be able to multitask

Requirements:
* Willingness to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy work environment
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Reliable and punctual !!!! Thursday, Friday & Saturday are the days potentially needed - however, currently just required is Friday only!
* Valid servsafe food handler
