Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to fine dining standards.
Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and taste.
Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, discipline, and teamwork.
Source and select the finest ingredients, emphasizing quality, sustainability, and local availability.
Control food costs through effective inventory management, portion control, and waste reduction.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques, integrating them where appropriate.
Engage with guests when needed, providing a personalized, memorable dining experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining or Michelin-starred environment.
