Anwar’s Kitchen is a fast-growing Mediterranean restaurant based in Downtown Los Angeles, founded by social media influencer Anwar Jibawi. We specialize in high-quality, halal chicken and beef shawarma wraps, bowls, and salads—bringing bold, authentic Middle Eastern flavors to the heart of the city.
We are currently evolving our concept into a modern build-your-own Mediterranean-style experience, similar to Chipotle or Cava, giving customers full control to customize their meals with a variety of proteins, bases, toppings, and house-made sauces. Our goal is to combine fast-casual convenience with authentic, crave-worthy recipes and a vibrant, elevated brand.
As we expand our operations and open new locations, we’re looking for passionate, innovative culinary professionals who are excited to help shape the next chapter of Anwar’s Kitchen.
