• Johnny Seesaw’s has been a staple in the southern Vermont community for more than 80 years. Seesaw’s was originally one of the first ski lodges in the Northeast when skiing came of age and has since evolved into a family centric your round destination that spans generations. The property was fully renovated (including a new state of the art kitchen) and reopened in the summer of 2018 and the 90 seat restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining opened with top notch reviews for fine food in a casual atmosphere.
Word has spread and our reputation has made for consistent year-round demand with dinner served 5 nights a week and closures in April and November to allow our staff paid vacation time for a great work/life balance. The food at Seesaw’s is an evolving seasonal menu with roots in farm to table and locally oriented products that draws patrons from throughout the northeast and beyond given those who come to stay in our lodge and cabins. Construction of our distillery is expected to begin within the year.
