Schmaltz Delicatessen was founded in 2004 in the Chicago suburbs with the goal of providing an authentic Jewish Deli experience for everyone! 18 years later, we are family owned and still embrace our roots of classic Jewish delis of NYC’s Lower East Side. We've developed a large menu of premium quality, overstuffed sandwiches, homemade soups, salads and a full-service deli and bakery. Some of our staples include warm and juicy Corned Beef and Pastrami, Beef Brisket, Lox, and our delicious boiled & baked bagels. Our new flagship location in Lisle, Illinois houses an event room, spacious patio and drive-thru. While we are believers in old world quality, we are constantly reinventing ourselves and working on re-imagining Jewish delis for everyone to enjoy. We pride ourselves on embracing our motto, “Spreading Deli Goodness Everywhere”.
