The Hillside Restaurant
The Hillside is a daring new restaurant, featuring local animal product, a menu promoting both ketogenic diets and no foods high in solanines, oxalic acid, or goiterogenic foods—as well as being the exclusive venue to feature the new food products of Radatti Foods—SweetHart no calorie sweetener (no neurotoxins and no Stevia aftertaste) and PRB and PRC flours (no carbohydrate, high soft fiber, no gluten, no neurotoxins). Initially we will feature our no carbohydrate burger buns, and soon we will add desserts that taste amazing and are amazingly healthy. Two of the three owners are world renowned healers, Dr Dean Howell and Rebecca Malter, who is also the creative chef for Radatti Foods. Local caterer and barbecue enthusiast Ed Lawrence completes the ownership. We are featuring local meats, poultry, and dairy products, and all our Radatti Food products are chemical free, non-GMO, and are prebiotics as well. We believe in profit-sharing , too!
