looking for line baker/cook at Gonzales Bistro

is looking for an experienced line baker. (you can learn and take your skills and money to the next level).

looking for full time (40hrs).

Our hours we are open are as follows:

Wednesday to Saturday nights from 5pm to 9pm
Sunday brunch from 11am to 2pm.

Duties include:

Run the cold station during service and plate desserts, salads and cold appetisers. 4 days a week.
Prep & make all desserts, including cakes/pastry by following the exact, vetted recipes. 2 days a week.

Thus we are about 1.25-1.5 hours+ from San Antonio or Austin. If you live in Seguin, Gonzales, Lockhart, Bastrop or San Marcos we will be way closer.
