We are looking for a talented, high-energy Line Cook to join our culinary team and help us keep delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)
As a Line Cook, you are the backbone of our dinner service. Youll work closely with our Sous Chefs and Head Chef to execute our menu with precision, speed, and artistry.

Execute with Excellence: Prepare and cook menu items to exact recipe standards, portion controls, and presentation guidelines.

Station Mastery: Manage and maintain your assigned station (Grill, Saute, Pantry, etc.), ensuring it is fully stocked, clean, and organized before, during, and after service.

Speed & Precision: Multi-task and ticket-manage effectively during high-volume dinner rushes without sacrificing quality.

Food Safety First: Adhere strictly to local health department codes, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards.

Team Collaboration: Maintain positive, clear communication with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements / Nice-to-Haves
Experienced: You have at least 12 years of line cook experience, preferably in an upscale casual, scratch-kitchen, or fine dining environment.

Technical Skill: You possess strong knife skills and a solid understanding of classic cooking techniques (searing, braising, grilling, sauce-making).

Cool Under Pressure: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and keep a level head when the ticket machine starts printing.

Detail-Oriented: You care about the little thingsfrom the perfect sear on a burger to the exact placement of a garnish.

Reliable Team Player: You show up on time, possess a strong work ethic, and are ready to support your teammates.

Flexible: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant industry.
