Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

Prepare and cook menu items including Korean sauces, fried chicken and other street food
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Prep ingredients before service (vegetables, sauces, meat)
Work efficiently during busy evening service
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Monitor food inventory and report shortages
Assist with opening and closing duties
Follow recipes and company standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in cooking at fast paced restaurant or street food/ food truck.
Should be able to communicate in English
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Strong knowledge of oriental sauces and flavor profiles
