Line Cook / Chef de Partie French-Inspired modern brasserie,
We are preparing to launch a new dinner menu with a strong French foundation, focused on quality ingredients, clean technique, proper execution, and modern presentation.
We are looking for a serious and motivated cook with at least 23 years of kitchen experience, ideally 35 years in a modern restaurant kitchen. Experience with French cuisine or classic French techniques is a strong plus, but we are also willing to train the right person if they are passionate, disciplined, and eager to learn.
The menu will be French-inspired, with a focus on proper sauces, proteins, vegetables, plating, and seasonal specials. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to grow, improve their skills, and become part of a developing kitchen program from the beginning.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, clean, organized, fast, and able to work under pressure during service. The right candidate should have respect for product, good communication with the team, and a strong desire to learn and progress.

Responsibilities include:
Preparing and organizing mise en place for dinner service
Cooking and plating dishes according to the chefs standards
Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the station
Following recipes, prep lists, and food safety procedures
Working with the team during service in a professional manner
Helping develop consistency as we build the new dinner menu

Ideal candidate:
23 years minimum kitchen experience
35 years preferred in a modern restaurant kitchen
French cuisine experience is a plus
Strong knife skills and basic cooking techniques
Reliable, punctual, clean, and organized
Passionate about food and willing to learn
Able to handle pressure during service
Interested in growing with the restaurant
