Essential Duties
- Lead shifts with a strong, visible presence on the floor
- Maintain service standards and overall guest experience
- Direct and support front-of-house staff in real time
- Handle guest interactions and resolve issues professionally
- Keep service organized, efficient, and controlled
- Work closely with BOH to maintain timing, communication, and flow of service
- Step in where needed to support service, including assisting behind the bar during
- peak times
- Assist with inventory tracking and placing orders as needed
- Manage staff scheduling and adjust staffing levels during shifts to support service

- Oversee staff completion of all side work, opening, and closing duties
- Complete end-of-night cash procedures including till reconciliation
- Ensure the restaurant is properly closed, cleaned, and set up for the next shift
- Confident, professional presence that leads with respect and earns buy-in from the
- team

- Organized and capable of assisting with inventory and ordering
- Comfortable working closely with ownership and supporting their presence during

- Ability to make sound staffing and scheduling decisions during service
- Takes ownership of the shift from start to finish
- Strong working knowledge of POS systems (Sapphire POS or similar required)
- Experience with reservation platforms (SevenRooms or similar preferred)
- Experience with scheduling systems (7shifts or similar preferred)
- Ability to navigate and troubleshoot systems during service
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous experience in restaurant leadership or a high-level service role preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Compensation: Salary ($50,000.00 - $65,000.00)
